We had a great group run on Saturday and plan to have these every Saturday at 7 am, meeting at Connie's house.
Here is the guide to week 2 of running:
Monday - Run 2 minutea, Walk 1 minute - Repeat 10Xs
Tuesday - Walk 30 minutes
Wednesday - Run 3 minutes, Walk 1 minute - Repeat 7Xs, run 2 min
Thursday - Walk 30 minues
Friday - Run 4 minute, Walk 1 minutes - Repeat 6Xs
Saturday - Group Run 4 minutes, Walk 1 minues - Repeat 6Xs
Sunday - Rest
